New York Jets QB Michael Vick said that even though he and QB Geno Smith are not in an open competition, they are both competing every day.

Footballguys View: Part of his job is to push Smith. Vick was reportedly a tremendous teammate for Nick Foles once Foles took over and there is a lot Vick could teach Smith. Vick can still win this job, but even if he doesn’t it is good to see that he is healthy and ready to go. He’s really just a hail mary option for a fantasy roster right now, while Geno Smith is just a fantasy backup at best,
