The New York Jets signed free-agent RB Kareem Huggins (Patriots) to the practice squad and released LB Troy Davis from the practice squad.

Footballguys View: Huggins was undrafted out of Hofstra in 2009 and has bounced around the league with teams like the Buccaneers and the Patriots. He’s incredibly fast and can change direction without losing much speed.
