Updating a previous report, New York Jets QB Sam Darnold (illness) will begin cardio this week and is hoping to play in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles. While his spleen has shrunk ‘a little’ as his body continues to fight mononucleosis, it still is not where it needs to be to gain medical clearance.
