Detroit Lions CB Aaron Berry will enter a diversionary program for first-time offenders following his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and other chargers last month, according to a Dauphin County (Penn.) district attorney. Berry waived his preliminary hearing last week. He will perform 20-40 hours of community service over a six-month period and submit to an alcohol evaluation as part of Pennsylvania’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
