Detroit Lions LB DeAndre Levy (hip) was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list Friday, July 29.

Footballguys View: This could be anything from precautionary to a serious issue after Levy’s hip problem basically cost him 2015. He is possibly the most important player on the Lions defense, so if he’s not himself for 2016, it is a major development. Stay tuned.
