Hockenson (6-foot-5, 251), Michael Roberts (6-foot-5, 265) and Logan Thomas (6-foot-6, 250) all possess the ability to detach from the line of scrimmage and create mismatches, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Birkett also notes he wouldn’t be surprised if the Lions play with three tight ends on the field at times – even outside goal-line or short-yardage situations.
