The Detroit Lions selected North Carolina TE Eric Ebron with the 10th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Footballguys View: This was a bit of a surprise considering the secondary talent on the board. Ebron is a great receiver though and will help stretch the field, freeing things up for Golden Tate and Calvin Johnson.
