Detroit Lions DE Ziggy Ansah (ankle) and LB DeAndre Levy (quadriceps) have been ruled out for Week 4. CB Adairius Barnes (ankle), DE Wallace Gilberry (abdomen), OT Riley Reiff (ankle), DE Devin Taylor (ankle), LB Antwione Williams (hamstring) and SS Tavon Wilson (neck) are listed as questionable. Ansah and Levy did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 30. Taylor, Williams and Wilson were limited during practice, while Barnes, Gilberry and Reiff fully participated in practice.
