George O’Leary, Central Florida QB Blake Bortles’ college coach, said he’s not ready to label Bortles a franchise quarterback in the NFL. ‘Blake has all the things you’re looking for in a quarterback as far as size and mental capacity to handle a lot of things,’ O’Leary said. ‘But that first year is tough because those guys are moving a lot faster than the college guys.’ Bortles is ranked No. 10 overall by ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr., and Scouts Inc. has him as the second quarterback behind Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater.
