Arizona State OG Christian Westerman has a chance to challenge the bench-press record of 49 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press at the NFL Scouting Combine. Westerman has recorded 41 repetitions at that weight in the past, according to the Arizona State coaches. Westerman is expected to posts solid times in the agility drills as well.

Footballguys View: Westerman is known as a stout player, and he could prove that on the bench press this week at the Combine. The guard class isn’t great (is it ever?), but Westerman should be a second- or third-round pick in the 2016 NFL draft.
