Florida State QB EJ Manuel posted an official time of 4.65 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine Sunday, Feb. 24. Manuel also posted a 34-inch vertical leap, leading all quarterbacks, and he finished with a 9-foot-10 length in the broad jump.
