Southeastern Louisiana CB Harlan Miller turned heads at the Senior Bowl when he shut down Oklahoma WR Sterling Shepard. Teams were impressed with his play, ball skills and work in drills. Good workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine might move him up to a Top 75 selection in the 2016 NFL Draft.
