Free-agent CB Charles Woodson (Packers) may have difficulty landing with a new team this offseason, according to Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell. ‘I think it will be tough,’ said Caldwell, who isn’t interested in signing Woodson. ‘But it only takes one team that says, ‘Hey, this is a big need for us. This is our year and he may give us a (lift).’ He still has a little juice in his legs.’ An unnamed scout added he has concerns whether Woodson is a leader. ‘To me, he’s got another year or two left in the tank, probably in a situational playing capacity as an inside player. I think he could start at safety, but you’d be worried a little bit. Safety is the last line of defense,’ the scout said. ‘The more people I talk to, he’s a veteran presence, yes. But that leadership element? Maybe not.’
