North Carolina State DT Alim McNeill was observed by the Jacksonville Jaguars among other teams during his pro day Monday, April 26. In the opinion of Pro Football Network’s Tony Pauline, McNeill is a strong candidate to be selected by the Jaguars at the top of the third round if he is still available.
