Great touch, good enough velocity and was able to set it out there.’ Manziel completed 61 of 64 passes. NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock said Manziel’s arm strength was at least as strong as Central Florida QB Blake Bortles’ and stronger than Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater’s.
