Free-agent WR Percy Harvin (Bills) will definitely play in 2016, according to a source. Harvin has received several offers, including from the Buffalo Bills, his former team. He is undecided as to what he’ll do yet, though, as he is looking for the right situation in what he believes to be his last opportunity to make an impact in the NFL.
Footballguys View: Harvin has had his share of injury woes and he seems to have trouble fitting into most locker rooms, but the Bills want him back, and they did show a will to get him five or more touches a game. He would stay on our waiver wire radar as long as he plays in 2016.
