NFL | Rookie QBs have a good chance of starting early in first season

According to a report, each of the last five first-round quarterbacks started Week 1 of their rookie campaigns, the longest streak since the AFL-NFL merger. QBs Blake Bortles, Johnny Manziel and Teddy Bridgewater were all first-round draft picks this year. The report also stated that 49 percent of first-round QBs started within their team’s first five games.
