Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater said he believes he could have done better throwing the ball at his Pro Day Monday, March 17. ‘Me being a perfectionist, it was nowhere near where I wanted it to be,’ Bridgewater said. ‘It’s a learning process. I was able to take away something from those throws and just tell myself that, ‘Hey, keep hitting the guy in the left shoulder.’ Or, ‘Keep hitting the guy in stride.’ But, overall, I just felt I had a great day.’ Bridgewater ran the 40-yard dash in 4.78 seconds during his workout. Bridgewater did not throw with gloves on during the workout even though he played with gloves on this season. At least 10 of Bridgewater’s passes were either drops or overthrown.
Footballguys View: This is the danger of putting everything on one day. Bridgewater did not run or throw at the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine, so his entire workout was critical today.
