Louisiana Tech DE Jaylon Ferguson, Mississippi State DT Jeffery Simmons and Colorado State WR Preston Williams will be permitted to attend the NFL Scouting Combine in order to undergo medical evaluations with teams but will be prohibited from participating in any other evaluations or events at the combine.
