Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers might sit out the team’s Aug. 8 preseason opener, head coach Matt LaFleur said Tuesday, July 30, because it will follow several days of joint practices with the Houston Texans. Those practices will allow Rodgers a chance to work against another team while wearing a red no-contact jersey.
