Tony Agnone, agent for Green Bay Packers restricted free-agent LB Jamari Lattimore, said the Packers likely will not tender an offer to Lattimore. The Packers are interested in Lattimore to a lower salary, but Agnone indicated Lattimore may test the free-agent market.
