The Green Bay Packers agreed to terms on an undisclosed deal to re-sign QB Matt Flynn Tuesday, April 15, according to a source.

Footballguys View: It’s a smart move for both sides. The Packers needed a quality backup behind Aaron Rodgers, and Flynn knows the system well. Flynn needed a new job as he’s clearly a backup-caliber player who wasn’t going to get a starting opportunity elsewhere.
