Carolina Panthers OT Daryl Williams (knee) has been ruled out for Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints. LB Luke Kuechly (concussion) is doubtful. DE Charles Johnson (hamstring) and RB Fozzy Whittaker (shoulder) are questionable, while TE Richie Brockel (shoulder), S Roman Harper (non-injury), DE Wes Horton (shoulder), DT Star Lotulelei (foot), DT Kyle Love (knee) and OG Trai Turner (knee) are probable. Kuechly and Williams did not practice Friday, Sept. 25. Johnson and Whittaker were limited, while the others were full participants.
