Carolina Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater (knee) reportedly felt good and got through his pregame warmup without issue in Week 11, but head coach Matt Rhule opted to go with backup P.J. Walker anyway. Rhule told reporters Monday, Nov. 23, that he expects Bridgewater to return to a full practice Wednesday, Nov. 25.
Footballguys View: Bridgewater was close to playing but they ended up giving him a week of rest. Walker started and the team won easy. Bridgewater should be out there at practice and things look good for his availability in Week 12. The Panthers travel to battle the Vikings on Sunday.
