Carolina Panthers LB Thomas Davis (forearm) had a plate put into his broken forearm during surgery Monday, Jan. 25, but head coach Ron Rivera can’t imagine that Davis won’t play in the Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos. Rivera also said Davis will wear some sort of protective cast or splint on his arm. ‘I’m not doubting Thomas,’ Rivera said.
