New England Patriots WR Darren Andrews (knee) cleared waivers and reverted to the New England Patriots’ Reserve/Non-Football Injury list Tuesday, May 15.
Footballguys View: He will not count against the 90-man roster. Andrews tore his anterior cruciate ligament late last year. He had knee problems during his time in college at UCLA and that’s the primary reason he went undrafted in 2017. If/when healthy, Andrews is a strong slot receiver with the quickness and speed to make defenders miss…provided yet another knee problem doesn’t slow him down or just knock him out of the league. In ridiculously deep (we mean SUPER deep) dynasty leagues we’ll monitor a player like this.
