New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski still is considering whether to play the upcoming 2018 season, and a team source said Gronkowski and the Patriots are keeping in touch.

Footballguys View: Gronkowski was talking retirement last season according to reports and he failed to clarify his future intentions at the Super Bowl back in February. He should be leaning towards playing again, and reports indicate that any tension between Gronkowski and head coach Bill Belichick will subside when the veteran fully commits to the game again.
