Oakland Raiders QB Carson Palmer (thumb) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 29.

Our View: Palmer should be able to start this week against the Browns. The Browns are 21st in the league against the pass, but have looked like a different secondary with CB Joe Haden in the lineup. Over the last 5 weeks only Tony Romo (313 yards) has been the only QB to pass for more than 200 yards against the Browns. That includes games against guys like Andrew Luck, Philip Rivers, and Joe Flacco.
