Oakland Raiders QB Connor Cook will vie for the backup position with QB Matt McGloin. Cook impressed head coach Jack Del Rio at rookie minicamp. ‘I think he’s been outstanding,’ Del Rio said. ‘Obviously he is intelligent. He asks good questions. He’s got arm talent.
