Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen said the team could potentially look at free-agent TE Chris Cooley (Redskins). ‘We’re going to look at anybody that comes available, and I don’t care what the position is,’ Allen said. ‘If we feel like a guy can make us better, then we’re going to look at it. I wouldn’t single out the tight end position.’
