Oakland Raiders head coach Dennis Allen’s future with the team is in question, and there appears to be a difference in opinion between Allen and owner Mark Davis on the fate of several assistant coaches. The two will have another meeting Tuesday, Jan. 7, and the main topic will be Allen’s vision for the club. Allen wants to keep his assistant coaches with two-year contracts, but he’s being met with resistance from Davis, who wants only one-year deals for the coaches. Allen is expected to be kept on as head coach. Only offensive coordinator Greg Olson and linebackers coach Bob M. Sanders are currently under contract.
