The Oakland Raiders have expressed interest in free-agent TE Jermichael Finley (Packers).

Footballguys View: The Raiders currently have Mychal Rivera as their top tight end. The second-year player has intriguing upside because of his ability to create mismatches against linebackers or safeties. We’ll see Finley added to a roster this year, and he can contribute as a move tight end because of his athletic ability.
