Footballguys View: The Raiders have the fifth-overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft. They need a young franchise quarterback in a bad way. Bortles will be an option for them even if they add a veteran like Matt Schaub in free agency. Bortles is a tough competitor with the size, arm strength and athleticism scouts love. He’s likely to be a top-5 pick, and Bortles could go number one overall to the Texans.
