Oakland Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor (concussion) will be given one more test from head coach Dennis Allen Saturday, Sept. 28, before a decision is made on the starting quarterback for Week 4 against the Washington Redskins. If Pryor cannot go, QB Matt Flynn would make his first start for the team.
