Oakland Raiders FS Reggie Nelson (knee) is not expected to play against the Tennessee Titans Saturday, Aug. 27, according to head coach Jack Del Rio. Nelson did not practice this week and sat out the Raiders’ offseason program with a knee issue. FS Nate Allen should see additional repetitions in Nelson’s place.
