St. Louis Rams DE Chris Long (ankle) has been encouraged by his progress during organized team activities (OTAs), and he feels like he is almost back to his old self after missing 10 games due to a unique ankle injury in 2014. Long said he is almost back to 100 percent healthy.

Footballguys View: Long missed most of last season, but he did return for the final five games of 2014. He only had one sack last year as he didn’t look like his old self. Long has a $12.5 million cap number this year, so getting him back to full strength (and full production) is a must for the Rams.
