Rams | Jake Long set for surgery

St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher said Monday, Dec. 23, that OT Jake Long (knee) has a torn anterior cruciate ligament and torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee, and injury which will require surgery. ‘With respect to the fact that also the MCL is included, surgery will probably be delayed four to six weeks,’ Fisher said. ‘He takes very good care of himself. He knows and understands what’s ahead. Obviously he is shocked right now but he’s indicated to use that he’ll be back and good to go.’
