For the second time in seven years, the Los Angeles Rams used the first overall pick in the NFL draft on a quarterback. They kicked off Thursday’s festivities by selecting California’s Jared Goff.

Footballguys View: As expected, Goff is the guy. Jeff Fisher as the coach worries us as does the offensive line. The team has to lean on Gurley, which means Goff’s rookie fantasy value is low.
