The Los Angeles Rams and general manager Les Snead are ‘97% sure’ about who they will take with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. The Rams seem to know which quarterback they prefer between North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz and California QB Jared Goff. ‘There will be suspense leading all the way up to the draft,’ Snead said. ‘It will be good for the networks.’
Footballguys View: The Rams could start negotiating with their top choice right now if they wanted. It takes away the suspense for the start of the draft, but it’s within the rules and we’ve seen it before. Many thing that Goff is going to be the first pick in the draft as the Rams QB of the future.
