Los Angeles Rams WR Sammy Watkins (concussion) left the team’s Week 3 game against the San Francisco 49ers with about eight minutes remaining after being evaluated on the sidelines for a head injury. Watkins went to the locker room and was placed in the NFL’s concussion protocol.
