Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Dean Pees did not rule out the possibility of using LB Courtney Upshaw at inside linebacker at times in 2013 because of the addition of LB Elvis Dumervil. Pees said Upshaw is still a candidate to play at outside linebacker next season.
