The Baltimore Ravens have made progress in contract talks with impending free-agent TE Dennis Pitta, but no deal is imminent at this point.

Footballguys View: We can’t imagine Pitta in another uniform. The Ravens need better weapons in the passing game, and they can’t afford to let Pitta go. He’s a favorite target of Joe Flacco, and we feel the two sides should be able to work something out before the start of free agency on March 11th.
