Washington Redskins general manager Bruce Allen said there have been ‘no conversations’ about trading QB Kirk Cousins. Head coach Jay Gruden said the Redskins haven’t heard anything from other teams on wanting to acquire Cousins, either. The Cleveland Browns have been rumored to have some interest in trading for Cousins.
Footballguys View: The Browns may have interest because of their new offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. Cousins worked under Shanahan during his time in Washington. The Browns currently have Brian Hoyer as their top quarterback, and they could use better talent at the position.
