Seahawks | Big plans for James Carpenter

The Seattle Seahawks have big plans for OT James Carpenter (knee) in 2013, assuming he can stay healthy. He is making his way back from a left knee injury suffered Dec. 2 of last season. He had arthroscopic surgery on the left knee during the offseason, and did not take part in organized team activities (OTAs) or minicamp. If healthy, he is slated to start at left guard, replacing OL Paul McQuistan.
