Seahawks | Geno Smith tweaks knee

Seattle Seahawks QB Geno Smith (knee) was removed in the second quarter Thursday, Aug. 29, due to a knee injury. Head coach Pete Carroll called the injury a ‘tweak,’ and said the team will know more ‘in the next couple of days.’ Assuming Smith is OK, he’s likely to serve as the No. 2 quarterback, per the Seattle Times’ Bob Condotta.
