Seattle Seahawks WR Sidney Rice (knee) will not be having surgery on his knee, and head coach Pete Carroll doesn’t expect Rice to miss any preseason or regular season games this year.

Footballguys View: Rice is in Switzerland getting some mysterious procedure done on his knee. The procedure is being called ‘preventative’ by Carroll. We’ll see if Rice can get back to the states and get into the lineup for the team’s first preseason game.
