Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (fibula) has already been ruled out for Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills, according to head coach Pete Carroll, who stated he will wait until Rawls ‘is fully healthy and ready to go’ before activating him.

Footballguys View: The Seahawks aren’t going to rush him into action with the group of RBs they have and the way starter Christine Michael is playing. Rawls should be back soon, but apparently we won’t see him in Week 9.
