Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers (knee) has established a goal of being ready to participate in training camp, although no official timetable has been set for his return from surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament. He said that he is in ‘the second phase’ of his rehab process and added that he has range of motion back. Rogers began walking without the aid of crutches last week and recently started riding a bicycle and using an arc trainer.
