Pittsburgh Steelers Le’Veon Bell is being viewed as a long-term asset to the Steelers, according to owner Art Rooney. Rooney said the Steelers are looking at Bell from a long-term view as opposed to simply placing the franchise tag on their star running back. Rooney added that he believes Bell has grown from his suspensions.
