Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert said the team was happy with LB Jarvis Jones’ slow time in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine because it gave them the chance to take him in the draft. ‘When he ran the 4.9, we were happy,’ Colbert said. ‘We knew we had a chance. He’s a football player in every phase of the game, and that’s what was really exciting.’
